Under supervision of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Service Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for managing the program consistent with the requirements of the CCAD contract and Ability One regulations. Performs complex supervisory work in the sanitation and cleaning of specified buildings and facilities. Work involves supervising custodial staff and supervisors, scheduling and assigning work, and requisitioning supplies and equipment and working directly with the CCAD and Contracting Office and Contracting Office Representative. Direct implementations of human resources polices, programs and procedures. Meet compliance and reporting requirements for all contract, state and federal safety regulations. Responsible for the fiscal management of the program. Participate in committees and task forces as assigned.

High school diploma or GED.
Program management experience; five years supervisory experience; and experience preparing and managing a budget. Experience providing managing custodial services.
Ability to plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others; to plan, organize and coordinate work projects; to inspect work areas; and to prepare operating budgets.
Knowledge and experience in custodial services.
Must pass and maintain security clearance as a condition of employment.
Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.
Skilled in performing time studies.
Experience providing services to people with intellectual disabilities and knowledge of relevant standards.
Knowledge of inventory control, safety, and infection control regulations.
Military experience with honorable discharge.
