Programs, services, and supports are available to eligible individuals over 3 years of age who are diagnosed with an intellectual disability (IQ below 70), have a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum, or who have other related conditions. These services are intended to provide the skills and supports needed to continue to live meaningful and productive lives in the community.


Payment for Services - MHID accepts many insurance plans including Medicaid and MediCare. Many services are available on a sliding fee scale, and MHID will not refuse services to a person based on their inability to pay. Please contact us for more information about payment assistance or insurance coverage.
